Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.micasupply.ca or submitting an inquiry to MICA Supply LTD. ("MICA Supply", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Nature of Our Services

MICA Supply operates as an independent hardware broker. We facilitate the sourcing and trade of enterprise electronic components, AI hardware, and IT assets. We are not a manufacturer, authorized distributor, or warranty provider unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

All transactions are conducted on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. By submitting an RFQ, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a registered business entity.

No Binding Commitment: An RFQ is not a purchase order. A transaction is confirmed only upon execution of a formal written purchase agreement between both parties.

Pricing, Availability & Quotes

All pricing is a quotation only, subject to change without notice until a formal PO is accepted in writing.

Prices quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
Availability is subject to real-time market conditions and cannot be guaranteed until order confirmation
Lead times are estimates and may vary due to supply chain factors outside our control
MICA Supply reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion

Export Compliance Obligations

All transactions are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and BIS regulations. By engaging with MICA Supply, you agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding intended end-use and end-user
Execute an End-User Statement (EUS) where required for controlled items
Not re-export any hardware without appropriate authorization
Comply with all applicable import laws in your jurisdiction

⚠ Important: Providing false information, including misrepresentation of end-use or end-user identity, may violate applicable law. MICA Supply will cooperate fully with any government investigation.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Factory New (NIB) items carry the manufacturer's standard warranty where applicable. MICA Supply does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.

Working Pull items are sold as tested and functional at time of inspection. No extended warranty is provided unless stated in writing.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICA SUPPLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY FOR WORKING PULL ITEMS BEYOND THE STATED TESTING CONDITION.

Limitation of Liability

MICA Supply LTD. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Delays or failures due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Product performance issues after delivery and acceptance
Errors in third-party export screening databases
Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction as stated in the confirmed purchase order.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful business inquiry purposes only. You agree not to:

Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from this website
Submit false or misleading information through any form
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website or its infrastructure
Use this website in violation of applicable local, national, or international law

Governing Law & Updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
